Concierge Services
Our model of care is different.Â
What is concierge health care?  Â
With a concierge-style model of care, we provide our clients with more time and attention and build long-term relationships. When you contact us, you speak directly with a provider. Every visit is scheduled for one-hour, and we limit the number of clients we accept in order to ensure we are able to provide uninhibited care. We charge flat rate fees which are listed below. Fees are due at the time of service for gynecology appointments, or through payment plans for prenatal clients. We accept all forms of payment.
What about health insurance?     Â
We are credentialed with insurance companies as "out-of-network" Nurse Practitioner providers. We are happy to assist clients by providing documentation to request reimbursement from insurance payers. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and really depends on your specific insurance plan. Why aren't we in-network? The answer is simple - in-network OBGYN provider reimbursement rates are incredibly low, which is why many OBGYN offices have either closed or sold their practices to for-profit, venture capitalist companies. Because the reimbursement rates are so low, many OBGYN practices accept as many patients as they can possibly schedule each day, in order to stay in business. These rushed appointments are a large reason for our poor maternal outcomes in the United States.Â
We want our clients to all have thorough care and the best possible outcomes.
What about labs and other services? Â
Services like labs, imaging orders, and prescriptions will be sent to a facility that is in-network with your insurance.

Pregnancy Care
Pregnancy and birth is a normal, physiologic process. Most people are able to birth without the need for intervention; but it is important to birth under the watchful eye of an educated, experienced provider who can recognize the signs of danger to mother or baby.
We want our clients to feel safe, confident, and heard. In order to provide the highest quality care, we accept a limited number of pregnant clients who are due each month.Â
We offer planned home-birth OR planned hospital-birth at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center.Â
For planned home-births that need non-emergent transfers, we will transfer to Banner Ocotillo Medical Center and continue your care as your hospital providers.Â
